This project was a modern duplex where we focused on using contemporary materials and clean lines to create design elements out of walls, ceilings and the stairs. We also positioned windows to maximize the natural lighting within each home but positioned them in ways to also maintain privacy between the two side-by-side units. These duplexes also incorporated exterior patios and deck that back up to a local greenbelt natural area.
