Our design for the ATS building worked to integrate a modern look and feel as well as a dynamic entry and common space within a project that was pushing the limits of allowable square footage and site area. Our design features a tower element with a masonry wall that “cuts” into the building and forms the spine of the common area including reception and conference rooms. We incorporated large open spaces, high ceilings with exposed structure and unique forms along with floor to ceiling windows in the common areas to open up the building.
